The first thing you probably want to do is put vacuum out the contents of your bag if you re replacing the lining do this after you rip the lining out. When i used this on my suitcases i was amazed at the black stuff tarnish that was coming off. Always allow your luggage to dry thoroughly. If you would like to wax the case after cleaning any good silicone base automobile or furniture polish will preserve the luster and add resistance to the covering.
