Begin at the top point of the tree and fan the grapes out into a triangular pattern.

Arrange red and green grapes apricot and starfruit in alternating groups in a circle around outside edge of platter. Alternate orange slices and more star fruit with apple and pear slices in a smaller circle. Place strawberries watermelon blueberries banana peaches and grapes between the wedges. Sprinkle raspberries over all.

In a small bowl beat cream cheese. In the next circle arrange kiwi pineapple bananas and strawberries. Golden pineapple peeled cut in 8ths lengthwise core removed and sliced crosswise. Add milk lemon juice sugar and salt.

To make the christmas tree fruit platter i used a white platter measuring 15 inches by 10 inches an apple and a small star cookie cutter to cut out two stars i liked the depth of having 2 stars but you could use one. On a large serving platter arrange honeydew wedges in a spoke pattern. Create an outline of a tree shape using the grapes on a cutting board or serving platter. Line platter with leaves.
